Alicia J Booker is a Ph.D. candidate at Nova Southeastern University’s Conflict Analysis and Resolution program. Her dissertation focuses on conflict analysis in corporate and academic settings. She has a passion for teaching people how to protect their peace and leverage their personal power with confidence.

She has more than 15 years of experience in public speaking, executive coaching, conflict management, conflict resolution, and conflict reduction training in corporate and academic settings.

Alicia has received graduate certificates in executive coaching, conflict coaching, mediation, qualitative research, and advanced training on workplace collaboration. In addition to presenting, Alicia’s roots in investigative journalism and private investigation have equipped her with a critical interview and question-asking skills that are key to collaboration.

She has created and designed training materials for large and small-scale groups. Alicia is committed to helping others with their professional development path and to improve their conflict management skills.

Alicia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and a Masters of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University. She was nominated and selected to represent the Simmons Graduate School for the TEDxSMU Young Fellows program. In 2012, she emceed the first TEDxSMU talk on campus for students, faculty, and staff. She is an active member of the International Association of Facilitators, International Ombudsman Association, and the American Bar Association Ombudsman Committee.

I have over 20 years in the Human Resources arena, with a focus on all Employee Benefits plans for large 10,000+ corporations.

Born in San Diego California and raised in Atlanta GA, Tashawnya Charity Rainey has a
strong work ethic and moral compass. Entering the workforce at the young age of 13 and after her college graduation in 2008, Tashawnya exceeded occupationally in areas of business administration and became one of Atlanta’s most loved Community Leaders.

As for community involvement, Tashawnya is President and Founder of Show Me the Way Foundation and Shaping Today’s Leaders Youth Sports Academy, a 501C3 nonprofit organization. On a personal level, Tashawnya enjoys playing Golf, Traveling, Tennis, Kickboxing, Cooking, and spending time with her Maltese son Rocko and Daughter who’s currently enrolled in Louisiana State University.

Since 2002 my focus has been in Commercial and Residential sales serving the Atlanta and surrounding areas working with Celebrities and Athletes clients. Growing up in Atlanta offers advantages to local buyers and sellers as well as those new to Atlanta.

Jacqui is an experienced project manager and researcher with a demonstrated history of working in agencies supporting victims of crimes, with a focus on domestic and sexual violence. She is skilled in conflict resolution, mediation and negotiation. Her specification targets risk reduction programming and crisis management in violence prevention.
Through her collaboration with the criminal justice system and human service providers, she has developed and fostered the creation of structures to enhance services for victims.

Jai is a highly experienced diversity,equity & inclusion organizational consultant and ombudsperson with a mission to redefine the way people understand and work together by harnessing the power of difference. Jai has spent over ten years working and studying DEI policy and program design, and conflict resolution. Jai applies a unique, transformative approach to implementing anti-racism into DEI design framework by integrating conflict resolution ideology into DEI program design. Jai earned her Bachelors of Science in Sociology from the University of New Mexico where she also attended as a track and field athlete. Shortly after, she earned a Masters of Science in Public Affairs – Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University. Jai later pursued a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. Most recently, Jai earned a Masters of Law in Dispute Resolution from The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, where her studies focused mainly on cross-cultural conflict, organizational conflict and advanced mediation.

My name is Jovanne and I am a creative professional and mother of 2 that encourages mental healing through transparency. I have always been enamored with writing and creative self expression. As time has passed, I’ve been openly transforming myself from an insecure young lady to a confident woman that has healed herself via written and verbal expressions of transparency. I have been and continue to be authentic to living. Whether it’s finally completing my pilates certification, giving birth twice, surviving postpartum depression, miscarriages, or my affinity for cooking and entertaining for loved ones; I share the ups and downs of motherhood. I also share my daily struggles, whether it’s raw, self deprecating moments or it’s deeply introspective praise.

I take moments from my evolving motherhood, that can sometimes break us as women, and use as a catalyst for growth, encouragement and as a testimony for other women to know they are not alone. I’m creating a space for women to see that it’s ok to NOT be perfect, it’s ok to praise yourself some days, it’s ok to be whomever you want to be in any given moment. We have been brainwashed into thinking that we have to live up to these expectations set before us by people who aren’t even living for themselves. Whether it’s our parents, peers or people we admire on social media, there is a sense of unattainable perfection that is poured into us from youth. And, I for one, refuse to reduce my life to the perfection of others. My hope is that people identify with imperfection as beautiful and strive to live up to someone that owns their truth.

Is an executive specialty sales representative at Novartis pharmaceuticals with over 15 years of sales experience. Raised in Plano, Texas Kelley learned at a young age about the importance of your personal brand. Her father and grandfather instilled in her that your word is your bond.

Entering the workforce at a young age,  she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications, media arts, and theater in 2004 from Chicago State University where she was a 4-year presidential scholar recipient. Her college mentor encouraged her to pursue sales even though that was not Kelley‘s ideal career path and she began her sales career with Eli Lily in the neuroscience space. Throughout her career, she has been a part of six successful product launchers. Since 2012, Kelley has earned the opportunity to sell in a more complex space focusing on specialty medications. (This space fosters a collaborative and customized approach to sales.) Kelley believes in providing the right medication to the right patient at the right time.

Her motto is: To be on time is to be late.

Madelyn Brene is more than a singer, she is a powerhouse brand that spans music, fashion, self produced shows, education and entreupernuership, but best known for her smooth soprano vocals steeped in a melodic, soulful sound. Dawning a new genre of music classical soul, this formally trained artist has spent over 20 years perfecting a progressive sound that is all her own.  This eclectic sound artistry was most recently seen in Paris, France for a debut concert of original songs on New Years Eve 2019

Her passion for music developed at an early age, leading her to study opera at Southern Methodist University. Realizing she had a gift that could lead her into her making a career of music, Madelyn has been able to perfect her craft, being able to effortlessly reach whistle-tone pitches and sultry lower register vocal styles. In addition to her formal training, the songstress has also had the opportunity to learn from many esteemed hands on experiences. Having been a featured vocalist for the likes Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child, Kenny Latimore, Tony Award winner Karen Ziemba, Jennifer Holiday, and many more. Madelyn has also had the honor to perform as the “2nd Lady” in Mozart’s DieZauberflote at the Almafi Coast Music Festival in Naples, Italy.

As one who has continuously expanded the presence of her multifaceted brand, Madelyn has made a name for herself  as an actress model, brand influencer and educator with features in commercials and representation of brands such as TGIF, SIX Flags over Texas, Purina Puppy  and staged shows Ragtime, Harriet Jacob, Aint Misbehavin

As a prestigious member of the Grammy Recording Academy, Madelyn’s passion for singing and songwriting has formulated countless crafted shows and independent recording projects set to release fall 2018.  Madelyn also believes in giving back to the community that has provided for her, countless times. Aside from her work as a dynamic performer, Madelyn also spends time as a music instructor and voice coach for children in low-income communities, as well as adolescents with learning disabilities in the role of CEO and founder of the Brene Brand Vocal Studio. It is truly through the power of music that Madelyn is able to extend her reach in the community through powerful organizations such as Genesis Women’s Shelter, Dallas Mavericks sports organization and Habitat For Humanity.

I spent many years in the sport representing/competing for two major shoe companies. Now as an educator, author and motivational speaker, skills possessed include being able to relate, good communication, qualities of a leader and the ability to adequately engage others in goal setting and motivational topics.

I love motivating and inspiring others to be their best. I am a servant, a leader, a giver and I strive to inspire all.

My work, to date, has been rooted in the pursuit of understanding each individual before building relationships and adapting accordingly; I find that to be the foundation of strategy. Allowing for the preservation of dignity and identity has proven to be the secret to success. I have always stood behind the motto that true leadership is not the skill to manage a group of individuals, but rather an amalgamation of understanding needs and motivating group dynamics for a collaborative effort towards fulfilling a mission. I pride myself in transformative developmental leadership. My international consulting expertise includes Fortune 500 companies, governmental departments, higher education, and non-profit organizations. Excellence through collaboration, analysis, and efficiency, with the greatest impact in areas that have been deemed too challenging have always been my goals with each project I have encountered. I have been fortunate to collaborate on a broad range of entities. I believe that has given me a well-rounded perspective and the skill to introduce mixed methods within systems to create a progressive, yet resilient future.

My passion comes through the innate ability to persevere through difficult situations and emerge victorious, then help everyone else achieve their own victories. Extensive experience as an architect, public relations specialist, and conflict resolution expert cultivated my creativity and meticulous precision on display in my work. The decision to pursue a master’s degree in international administration followed by a doctorate in conflict analysis and resolution is a testimony to my desire of connecting unseen pieces in favor of a transformative bigger picture. I have found my true calling in resolving conflict through individual and community identity building.

Currently, my work centers around conflict resolution: conflict coaching (individual, group, and organizational), facilitation, mediation, and negotiation. I have noticed the need for conflict resolution skills in communities across the world, especially at this time. People have had to deal with far too many cases of injustice, oppression, and intolerance at home, at work, in the community, and around the country. My goal is to build every single person up to be their truest selves amidst all forms of crises. Most recently, I have released a book collaboration and hope to publish my professional research in conflict resolution and teaching. I had the pleasure to mold young minds through teaching at Nova Southeastern University and the reward of introducing young people to necessary life perspectives was immeasurably rewarding. I, also, volunteer on the board of a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating leaders within the youth community, help with feeding the homeless, train police officers on conflict resolution, and offer probono personal conflict coaching on many weekends.
