Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process to help people gain the confidence to engage in communicating concerns. Conflict can be a tremendous opportunity to learn. In this one-on-one process, clients enhance their understanding of the conflict by working with the coach to develop skills and strategies for interacting with the other party. Coaching is particularly effective when one party is repeatedly triggering the other.
